Welcome to Hypersignal™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Hypersignal.co.za, and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • To purchase from our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments must be made in full before an order will be processed and shipped.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery may take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your location.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • In line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you are entitled to return defective or damaged goods within 6 months of purchase.

  • Refunds are available for undelivered products if they do not arrive within 7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, text, graphics, and product descriptions, are the intellectual property of PawSecureZA and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Hypersignal™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be used in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

  • We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
