Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery typically takes between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on all orders above R2500.

Orders above this threshold will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of R75.

All return shipping for defective or damaged items is free of charge (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, external factors such as courier delays, strikes, or customs clearance may affect shipping times.

In terms of section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if delivery is unreasonably delayed, you are entitled to cancel your order and request a full refund.

If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
