Shipping Policy

At Hypersignal™, we aim to ensure that your order is delivered securely and within a reasonable timeframe. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle delivery, timeframes, and costs.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Delivery typically takes between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above R2500.

  • Orders above this threshold will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of R75.

  • All return shipping for defective or damaged items is free of charge (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).


Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, external factors such as courier delays, strikes, or customs clearance may affect shipping times.

  • In terms of section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if delivery is unreasonably delayed, you are entitled to cancel your order and request a full refund.

  • If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Hypersignal™ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional costs.
