At Hypersignal™, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) to ensure your rights are fully protected.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged at the time of delivery or becomes defective within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to return it.
In terms of section 56 of the CPA, you may choose one of the following remedies:

A replacement of the item, or

A full refund.
All returns under this warranty are free of charge. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds for Non-Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

In line with section 19 of the CPA, if delivery is unreasonably delayed, you may cancel your order and request a refund.
Exclusions

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing where no defect is present.

Goods that have been misused, damaged due to negligence, or altered after delivery are not covered under this policy.
